Terms of service
These terms govern access to Solenne and its paid credits. Effective September 13, 2026.
Your account
You are responsible for activity under your Google-linked account and for keeping access to it secure. Do not sell, transfer, automate, or share an account in ways that bypass service limits.
Credits and service
Credits are prepaid units used only for eligible Solenne services. They are not cash, a deposit account, or a promise of financial return. Charges are based on actual model usage and the options selected for a request. Solenne may change available models or rates prospectively.
AI output
AI output may be incomplete or wrong. You are responsible for reviewing it before relying on it, especially for legal, medical, financial, security, or other consequential decisions.
Availability
Solenne may pause or limit service to protect users, investigate misuse, perform maintenance, or comply with law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that every request will complete.
Acceptable use
Use of Solenne is also governed by the acceptable-use policy and the policies of infrastructure providers used to deliver the service.
