Privacy policy
What Solenne collects, why it is used, and where your conversations live.
Information we collect
When you sign in with Google through Privy, Solenne stores your account identifier, email address, display name, credit balance, purchase records, and account activity needed to operate the service. Payment records include deposit addresses, public transaction signatures, quoted amounts, and settlement status.
Conversation history
Signed-in conversations are stored by Solenne so they can follow your account across browsers and devices. You can delete individual conversations in the chat interface. Visitor conversations remain in that browser's local storage unless they are imported after sign-in.
AI processing
Prompts and responses are sent to OpenAI to provide the service. Solenne requests API-side application storage to be disabled. OpenAI states that API data is not used to train its models unless the customer opts in, while abuse-monitoring logs may be retained for up to 30 days by default. Different retention controls may apply to approved accounts. See OpenAI's API data controls.
Security and abuse prevention
Solenne stores salted, one-way signals derived from network and browser information to enforce limits, investigate abuse, and protect payments. These signals are not intended to reconstruct raw browsing data.
